v1.11 - Flag icons & bugfixes

FEATURES:
- You can now click any mine/structure in the top-right infocenter panel to set your flag's icon to that object. You can use the scroll wheel to quickly switch between flag icons too.
- Added browser fullscreen button, which should hopefully actually work this time.
BALANCE:
- Incoming Mortar attacks are no longer displayed in Hazard View. (this is a buff to Hazard View)
- Reduced Dark Mine appearance rate (25% -> 15%)
- Reduced Ultimine max count (3 -> 2) until around level 20.
- Slightly reduced EMP Mine max count (8 -> 7)
- Slightly reduced Trap Mine max count (5 -> 4)
- Slightly increased Dual Mine appearance rate (50% -> 60%) past level 14.
FIXES + MISC:
- Fixed Ultimines being able to spawn too close to the player and not add mines as a result.
- Fixed bug where placing and removing a flag at the start of a level could cause your first probe to not land in an open area.
- Mortar no longer performs an end-of-turn action after losing battery power.
- Changed Mortar lock-on sound.
- Fixed music loop/fade.
- Adjusted some sound volumes.
- The whole field is now briefly revealed at the end of a level.
- Changed web savefile location, hopefully making it so future version updates won't erase your in-progress runs.
